Titanium is kind to sensitive skin and has been used to make metal components like the case and band more lightweight to achieve a lighter model overall. Bright blue ion plating has been applied to the surface and three laser-etched large, medium and small dot patterns have been utilized to add some variance to the color tone and create a camouflage pattern. In addition to shock resistance provided by the fine resin cushioning between the bezel and the case, the back of the watch also features a solid Screw Lock Back and STN LCD has been used for the liquid crystal display for enhanced visibility.
Function-wise, this model comes with Bluetooth® communications and can link with a dedicated app to obtain precise time information. The watch is also packed with practical features including a time correction system that uses standard time and frequency signals (Multi-Band 6), a reliable source of power in the form of Tough Solar technology, high-luminance Full Auto LED backlighting, World Time and day of the week display in six languages.
The design of this G-Shock model has been further refined through the use of full-metal and the latest technology.
