Start counting the heart rate for 30 beats from the 12 hour marker. When you reach 30, where the second hand points is the heart rate. Additional features include a 6-hand movement and date, 12/24 hour time, white dial, stainless-steel case, black leather strap and water resistance of 100 meters.
